Ufufu Cafe

In addition to introducing Japan’s long-standing specialty coffee culture and cuisine to Hong Kong, UFUFU Cafe has also invited professional Japanese baristas to hand-select a variety of coffee beans for the shop. The beans are then roasted to different degrees of depth to bring out the unique characteristics of each origin. Furthermore, the cafe uses “Shirakawa water source” to brew its coffee, further enhancing the flavour.
